Michael continues to share his passion for food and excellence at this location, with menu items reflecting Peruvian dishes fused with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese flavors.
Michael is a Peruvian of German ancestry currently living in Cuenca. He graduated from the Cordon Bleu Academy in Lima, and has worked in restaurants in Park City, Lake Tahoe, Lima, and now Cuenca.
