Valeria Vivar is a wonderful young woman who offers her facilitation services for a wide range of processes. She is very professional, speaks excellent English, and always has a positive attitude.
I first met Valeria when she worked in an attorney’s office. She helped my wife and me with the details of getting our Ecuador residency visas. Valeria always provided personal attention, as we trekked through the various government offices to complete the necessary steps.
More recently, Valeria helped us with the details of getting our car registration/matricula renewal for the first time. Afterwards, she wrote a 4-page summary of the process, with website links, color maps with directions to the various offices, and other helpful advice. We can now do it ourselves next year.
Valeria recently helped me communicate with a window repair (glass fabrication) shop to find a replacement car window, when the local dealership was unable to do so. Her follow-up throughout the process was excellent. She also assisted us at the property tax office, where we changed the basis for our property taxes from our passports to our cedulas, to make it easier to pay on-line in the future.
